Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and JustDev OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (“we”, “us”), for the game Dreadspire: Tower Wars, including test builds distributed through TestFlight (“the game”). By installing or playing the game you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the game.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the game for your own non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the game, or decompile, reverse engineer or modify it, except where the law expressly allows this despite this restriction.
2. Price
The game is free. It has no in-app purchases, subscriptions or advertising.
3. Ownership
The game, including its code, art, music, text and names, belongs to JustDev OÜ or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
4. Beta versions
Test builds are pre-release software. They may contain bugs, change without notice, reset your local progress, or stop working when the test period ends. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the game without any obligation to you.
5. Privacy
The game collects no personal data. See the Privacy Policy.
6. No warranty
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted or compatible with every device, or that your local progress will always be preserved.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustDev OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Apple
These terms are between you and JustDev OÜ only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
9. Ending these terms
You may stop using the game at any time by deleting it. Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Estonia, without depriving you of protection under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
